SPMC Medical Certificate

Medical certificates are considered important requirements in landing a job. In Davao City, you can either get a medical certificate from a private institution like Davao Doctor's Hospital or better yet you can get it from Southern Philippines Medical Center.

The Regular Physical Examination PACKAGE is Php 490.
This includes Chest X-Ray, Complete Blood Count(CBC), Urinalysis, Fecalysis, Dental, the Yellow Card and the actual physical exam. You will be able to see the breakdown below.

If you need it with Drug Test, it's going to cost you around Php 715.

Physical Exam Package Rates

If you feel like there's an item that your school employer does not need like a fecalysis or a dental, please just please DON'T argue with the person who is going to write on the charge slip. It will get you nowhere. He.. she.. he will still push that rate to your face and keep on saying that you really have to comply with the package. It's either the package or just plain attitude. 

Anyway, if you still feel that the government hospital package is too high, you can always try the city health office. From their web page, you can avail of their medical certificate issuance for as low as Php 30. Rates posted in the Davao City Health Office page.
