BUT, it can be so annoying when you see pages that have so much white space and small slides in it. Annoying and frustrating. And during one of those frustrating moments, I did a little playing around and came up with tricks of my own to minimize these white spaces.
- Open the Power Point presentation you want to print. Of course, you need to open it so that you can print it. Selecting the file alone and clicking on print would most likely have your printer printing individual slides on each paper.
- Click on Print but instead of selecting handouts select Slides.
- Click on Properties to modify the printer properties. Select the number of pages to be printed per sheet under the Pages per sheet label. The printing layout will be shown on the upper right of this window. In the image below, I've selected four per sheet as an example.
- Click OK. Then print away.
You'll be happy to see that the the slides were printed with minimal white space between them and are more readable than before.
P.S. You can also do this in "printing" to PDF file.
