Godaddy: Cancelling Service and Refund

To get a refund from Godaddy, you can cancel the service and wait for GoDaddy to refund your money. The cancellation should be done within 48 hours of purchase for monthly products and within 45 days of purchase for annual products.
In-store credit for the remaining or unused time may be requested if cancellation is done beyond the 45 day period by the buyer.

How to cancel:

1. Go to your Godaddy Account
2. Go to Payments and click on Product Billing
3. Click on the checkbox of items that you want to cancel or get a refund on.
4. Click on the Cancel Item on the top.
5. Wait for the refund.
